Version history for our legal documents. When we make a material change we notify account administrators by email at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect.

Terms of Service and Privacy Policy · effective
- First versions hosted on homebasecre.com. The Privacy Policy was previously published as an external document; it is now versioned alongside the Terms.
- Terms of Service: replaced the signed Services Order Form and SaaS Services Agreement for self-service Starter, Growth, and Scale plans. Added Schedule 1 (plans, fees, and plan limits), binding arbitration with a class action waiver, and a charge-at-signup monthly subscription. Custom and enterprise arrangements remain available only under a separately signed agreement.
- Privacy Policy: restructured to describe the marketing site and the platform separately, added a U.S. state privacy rights section, an artificial intelligence section, and a biometric information section, and named our subprocessors.
- Removed the third-party visitor identification service that previously ran on the marketing site. No advertising, retargeting, or visitor identification technology runs anywhere in the Services.
